A Well-Kept Secret

If you had a tool to help, would you share it?

One fresh Welsh morning, I was being a good chum and holding the base of a ladder for a friend as she fixed some signage to the front of her shop. I was accompanied by a handsome assistant, who I didn’t know very well, and we chatted inanely about polite inconsequential nothings. At one point, to keep the conversation flowing, I mentioned how disappointed I was that a pair of aura goggles I’d ordered months ago had not been delivered.

I remember them both laughing far longer and harder than I would have given the statement credit for. I could understand that the image in their heads may have been slightly unusual, but to me it was just a dewy- eyed desire to understand energy.

Geometry Underpins the Cosmos

When I tell people that I read astrology charts and tarot, it’s usually met with either the same amusement or a shifty look and a sharp exit, but secretly I think - why would anyone not jump at the chance to converse with the universe? Here’s what I tell them without moving my mouth or making a sound:

‘Astrology is the purest occult science we have available to us. The salient point is not so much your relationship to the stars and planets but your connection to aspects of your consciousness represented by the planetary bodies. Tarot on the other hand, is an extension of that same sensing translated through images. If there was even the slightest possibility that you could gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the movement of life around you, why would you not take it?

I don’t often share that aloud but I’m very happy to share it with you.
